Our code of conduct examines ethical principles and moral or ethical problems that might arise in our business environment. It applies to all aspects of business conduct and is relevant to the conduct of individuals and entire organization.
We maintain two offices, in Romania and Switzerland, and in both locations we implement stringent policies to ensure that our projects succeed in a compliant and ethical manner.
While ethics refer to moral values and principles, compliance describes the goal that organisations aspire to achieve in their efforts to ensure that they are aware of and take steps to comply with relevant national and international laws and regulations. Therefore, complying means conforming to a rule, such as a specification, policy, standard or law and this is mandatory. But our job goes further and guides us through the moral principles that make the difference between right and wrong when conducting business at Integrated Circles.
We all know within our organization that we are responsible for ethical behavior and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including here mitigating the risk of ethical and compliance violations, and reporting any violations through proper channels.
